The company “Jimmy’s salted egg” sent me this bag to sample. I got surprised by the smell, it was milky and reminded me of south eastern Asian curries. You know, the aroma in Thai restaurants.
The salted egg or “SE” for short is finely ground and immersed into the seasoning, creating a taste ratio between SE and curry of 40/60, so I got more milky curry flavor than the SE.
The highlight is it’s perfect bite size pieces, with even crispy distribution throughout, including the rolled up ones. However, it left behind an interesting mouth feel like after eating unripe bananas.
Tip: Dipping in noodle soup creates a yummy curry broth
